Ever since I finished ROTOR Rewired I’ve wanted to find another video project to work on in the same vein. Videoscapes have been amazing! Just ask the kind folks that subscribe to my Patreon. A monthly release schedule has really let me do other things while still really exploring the music and picture combination I’ve been creating.

I’m really happy to announce that I’ve found another candidate for my new soundtrack. The imagery, the insanity, the amazing hair…and that’s just the men! Laser swords, stop-motion robot golems, green facepaint - that’s right folks, I’ll be working on an alternate soundtrack to STARCRASH.

And this is where things will really get fun. While the average person will have to wait until I have it ready to release, I will give regular updates to the Patreon crew. This will include live stream sessions along with some demos while I work towards the final product.

If you remember (I sure do!) ROTOR Rewired took me a little over 3 years to finish after I started. I plan to take the lessons learned from that experience and make this process a lot faster from start to finish. I’ve already got a high res version of the film and have stripped the dialog from it; two major hurdles from ROTOR that thankfully I don’t need to worry about. Starting this month I plan to have sessions either for Patrons or for the general public to tune in on while I’m working towards ideas and musical compositions.
